For now, we can translate from/to French, English, Spanish, Arabic and Swahili Congo. We are working to improve more languages in the near future.
The most part of our projects comes from international companies and organizations, but we are happy to help private individuals with their small translations requests.
Translaword offers a certified translation service and this service is only available for certain languages and countries upon your request. If you need a sworn translation, in addition to the documents, we need the following information in order to calculate a quote:
- the language pair,
- the specific instructions of the documents to be translated
- the country name the documents must be presented in.
An official translation means a legally valid translation executed by a qualified translator endorsed by the competent authority in the field in each country. The expert official translator known as « Sworn/Certified Translator » or in French «Traducteur Assermenté » is authorized to affix their signature and stamp to documents.
Prices vary based on the source, type, difficulty and format of your documents for translations and on the time and subject for interpretation (online/on-site). Please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.

We offer all our clients the possibility to pay after the translations has been delivered, within one week. That's because we tightly deem that confidence should always be mutual.
However, if you prefer to pay in advance, feel free to proceed it after confirming your order.
We also offer a monthly billing option for some regular customers, If you are interested in this option, feel free to reach out to us.
NOTE: We may ask new clients to provide a 60% to 100% advance payment for their first order (individuals / business clients).
When you receive your translation, you will also receive an electronic invoice with payment details and instructions. We generally accept payment via Bank transfer and PayPal (this need to be confirmed before the payment process).
